Job Description

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to school admissions and inquiries. Provide accurate information about school programs, admission procedures, and facilities. Follow up with prospective parents and maintain a lead database. Schedule appointments for school visits, counseling, or admission interviews. Maintain good communication and rapport with parents. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead management. Prepare and maintain daily call records and reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Balongi, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
