As a

Telecalling Executive

, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will involve outbound calling, providing accurate information about visa and immigration services, and scheduling consultations with our experts.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads Explain immigration and visa services clearly and confidently Schedule appointments for walk-ins or consultations Follow up with interested leads and maintain daily call logs Maintain a polite, professional, and client-friendly tone Update CRM or call records regularly Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling targets

Requirements:



Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (immigration industry preferred) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.) Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
