Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
Explain immigration and visa services clearly and confidently
Schedule appointments for walk-ins or consultations
Follow up with interested leads and maintain daily call logs
Maintain a polite, professional, and client-friendly tone
Update CRM or call records regularly
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (immigration industry preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
