Sales and Lead Generation:
Promote special offers or deals to customers to encourage sales.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, or feedback.
Update the CRM system with customer information and call outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Upsell or cross-sell additional services to enhance customer experience.
Problem Resolution:
Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Follow up on unresolved issues or complaints until they are satisfactorily resolved.
Compliance:
Ensure that all calls adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Follow scripts and guidelines as provided by the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales or customer service targets.
Proficiency with CRM software or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
