Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote cattle feed products, generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving business growth. The role requires effective communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with farmers, distributors, and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, and distributors to promote cattle feed products.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending orders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Share customer feedback with the sales and production teams for product/service improvement.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Assist in telephonic collection of payments or reminders (if required).
Support marketing campaigns through telecalling activities.
Qualification - Graduation or any other related
Experience - 2-5 year
