Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to provide information about our services/products. Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information. Counsel prospective customers or clients regarding available services, offering guidance tailored to their needs. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact details and call notes. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and assist in scheduling appointments for counseling or follow-ups. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
