with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have

excellent communication skills

, a customer-focused attitude, and working knowledge of

basic Excel

. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining follow-up records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities in Excel or CRM systems. Generate leads and set up appointments or demos as required. Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth communication. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.

Key Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related role. Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert preferred languages - e.g., English and Hindi]. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, etc.). Ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
