Match candidates to clients based on their requirements.
Identify suitable job opportunities for candidates based on their qualifications and preferences.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Provide guidance and support to both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and employment regulations.
Maintain accurate records of candidate qualifications, licenses, and certifications.
Handle contract negotiation and employment agreements.
Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, labor market, and salary expectations.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics.
Track and report key performance indicators (placements made, candidate satisfaction, client satisfaction).
Work towards meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
