Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and attract potential buyers/investors through various channels and market research.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships, understand needs, and provide expert advice on market trends and property values.

Property Marketing:

Showcase properties effectively via viewings, open houses, and promotional materials.

Sales & Negotiation:

Guide clients through the purchase process, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.

Documentation & Coordination:

Prepare sales reports, process necessary paperwork, and work with legal/finance teams for smooth transactions.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated on local market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate laws.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
