- SMRE Telecaller

Position: SMRE

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for enquiry follow-ups, Service Reminder Calls, Booking Follow-up, and lead conversions.

Handle inbound customer queries related to vehicles repair and mechanical work.

Maintain proper follow-up with hot, warm, and cold leads in the CRM system.

Update customer details, call status, and feedback in the CRM on a daily basis.

Coordinate with the service team for Pick up arrangements, booking confirmation, and documentation support.

Inform customers about monthly offers, service events and service camps.

Ensure all customer complaints are recorded and forwarded to the concerned department.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and lead conversion goals set by the management.

Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi & English.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM handling, and report generation.

Pleasant voice tone and strong convincing ability.

Previous telecalling experience in Automobile sector preferred (not mandatory).

Work Schedule:

Full-Time (Showroom timings as per company policy)

Location:

Sky Automobiles (SHREE VIHAR ,PATIA)

Salary:As per company norms + Incentives (depending on performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
