Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads
Handle inbound calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate and qualify leads for the sales/business development team
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or email
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets
Address customer objections and handle rejections positively
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or Telesales Executive
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(regional language is a plus)
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
