A Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers, providing information, generating leads, and supporting the sales or customer service process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in the system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned targets such as lead generation, sales, or follow-up goals.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during calls.
Skills & Qualities Required
Excellent communication skills (Hindi/Odia/English as required).
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Confidence and a polite, customer-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
Qualification
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement).
Prior experience in telecalling or BPO is an added advantage.
