Explain products and services in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in the system.
Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions.
Handle customer queries, issues, and feedback efficiently.
Achieve daily/weekly call and target metrics.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team as needed.
