Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Generate and follow up on leads related to real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
Maintain customer databases and call records.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in telecalling (Real Estate preferred).Others also can apply.
Excellent verbal communication & convincing skills.
Good knowledge of CRM tools or Excel-based lead tracking.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
