Key Responsibilities
Call prospective customers from databases, IndiaMART, JustDial, and CRM leads.
Explain product details, offers, and services related to Blue Star HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments for field sales executives.
Maintain a proper record of calls, inquiries, and feedback in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries regarding products, quotations, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely responses.
Generate daily and weekly reports on leads and conversions.
Support marketing campaigns and follow up on promotional leads.
Maintain courteous and professional communication at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
Graduate
in any discipline (preferably Commerce or Marketing).
1-3 years of experience
in telecalling / telesales / customer care (preferably in HVAC, electricals, or appliances sector).
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, and Odia).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, CRM).
Ability to handle pressure and meet daily call/lead targets.
Pleasant voice, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Preferred Attributes
Experience handling
B2B and B2C customer calls

Prior experience with
