Telecalling work involves learning processes and scripts, so the ideal candidate will have to be a quick learner. Keen observation skills and the ability to gauge tiny important details through a phone conversation go a long way. The ideal candidate should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives.
Role and Responsibility
Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company's products and services.
Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
Keep records of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods.
Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling.
Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller.
Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements.
Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers.
Requirements and Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
Basic computer skills and familiarity.
Highly motivated and target-oriented individual.
