Provide individual and group counseling services to students and parents.
Guide students on course selection, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-ups with students/parents to ensure conversions.
Generate leads and drive student enrolments.
Participate in promotional events, education fairs, and marketing activities.
Visit schools, colleges, and institutes for seminars/presentations (as required).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counseling sessions and leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation is
mandatory
; MBA/PGDM is
preferred
.
1-9 years of experience in
Counseling / Sales (preferably Educational Sales)
.
Prior experience in
student counseling or admissions
will be an advantage.
Female candidates
preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
