Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
Provide information about our services, pricing, packages, and availability
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into appointments or walk-ins
Maintain daily call records and update customer databases
Coordinate with the team for appointment scheduling and confirmations
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and build rapport with callers
Requirements:
Female candidates only

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
Good communication skills in
Hindi and basic English
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / WhatsApp / Google Sheets)
Polite, professional, and customer-oriented behavior
