Make outbound calls to prospective customers and provide information about Food Mohalla.
Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and share details about franchise/business opportunities.
Maintain call records and update the database with accurate information.
Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
Prior experience as a telecaller/customer support is an added advantage.
Salary:
As per industry standards (plus incentives).
