Job Description

Velocity Feed Industries is seeking enthusiastic and experienced female Telecalling Executives to join our remote team. This role involves making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products/services and follow up on outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, a professional phone manner, and prior experience in telecalling, preferably in sales promotion and payment recovery. You will be provided with daily call data and will work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers based on the daily data provided. Promote Velocity Feed Industries products to potential customers. Follow up with existing customers regarding outstanding payments and ensure timely collection. Clearly and accurately explain product features, benefits, and promotional offers. Address customer queries and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of calls and their outcomes, including customer responses and payment status. Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume, sales leads generated, and payment collection. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for telecalling and data handling. Provide feedback to the team leader regarding customer insights and potential improvements.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.

Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in sales promotion and payment recovery. Excellent verbal communication skills in Punjabi Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues effectively. A clear and professional phone manner. Basic computer literacy and comfortable using CRM systems or call logs. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently from home. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules. Experience working with daily call data.
