Telecalling Executive

to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and improving customer acquisition through online and inbound sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and manage daily interactions with customers. Manage and convert leads generated from online platforms such as Indiamart, TradeIndia, Industrybuying, and other B2B portals. Explain products and services clearly, answer customer queries, and handle objections to close sales. Build strong rapport with prospects, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and share quotations with customers in a timely manner. Coordinate with online partners to improve lead flow and conversion rates. Achieve monthly sales targets related to business volume, number of conversions, conversion ratio, and channel-wise ROI. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Work closely with the internal field sales and backend teams to ensure smooth order processing. Prepare sales and performance reports as required by management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Fluency in both Hindi and English. Prior experience in tele sales or telemarketing with a proven sales record will be an advantage. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and objections effectively.
