We are hiring a
Telecalling Executive (Full-Time)
for our Bhopal office. This role is suitable for candidates who are confident in communication, enjoy interacting with clients, and want to build a stable career in sales and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Explain company services clearly and professionally
Follow up on leads and maintain call records
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team
Update CRM data and prepare daily call reports
Support business development activities
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Basic knowledge of sales or calling process preferred
Must be available to work from Bhopal office
