Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for the hospital, assisting patients with appointment bookings, inquiries, follow-ups, and providing accurate information about hospital services while maintaining a polite and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
Attend inbound calls and respond to patient queries courteously.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm doctor appointments.
Provide information about hospital departments, doctors, services, and timings.
Maintain and update patient records and call logs.
Follow up with patients for reports, feedback, and treatment continuation.
Coordinate with hospital departments and front-desk staff.
Handle patient complaints and escalate issues when required.
Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1.Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
2.Prior experience as a Telecaller or Customer Care. Freshers can also apply.

3.Proficiency in Hindi and basic English (local language knowledge preferred)
4.Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
