We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Calling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and support sales or customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Record customer details, call outcomes, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Maintain professionalism and quality during calls.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or conversions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
Good listening and persuasion skills.
Ability to speak fluently in
Hindi and English
(regional languages are a plus).
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Freshers can apply; experience in tele-calling/telesales/customer service is an advantage.
