We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries, and converting leads into sales. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Provide product/service information clearly and accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Handle customer queries, objections, and resolve concerns effectively.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to understand promotions and updates.
Requirements:
12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
