We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to contact potential customers, explain products/services, and generate leads or appointments. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers Generate leads and follow up with prospects Maintain call records and customer data Handle customer queries and objections politely Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate preferred Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language) Basic computer knowledge Ability to convince and negotiate Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
