Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

HR & Sales Support Executive

who can independently manage day-to-day coordination tasks, including lead calling, HR support activities, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident in communication, and comfortable handling both people and data.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to clients and candidates using company-provided data Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups Maintain and update records using Excel and internal trackers Handle basic HR coordination and sales support activities Prepare and submit daily MIS and status reports Follow up with prospects, candidates, and internal teams Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications



0-2 years of experience in HR support, sales coordination, or back-office roles Good working knowledge of

MS Excel

(filters, formulas, basic reports) Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & English preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily targets Good organizational skills with attention to detail Professional attitude and client-friendly communication style

Preferred (Nice to Have) Skills



Experience using CRM or ATS tools Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Workspace Basic understanding of recruitment or sales processes Ability to prepare and present simple reports
