We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, explain our services, and generate leads. Freshers are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Make and receive phone calls to customers
Explain products/services clearly
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain basic call records
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass
Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Marathi is a plus)
Basic knowledge of mobile/CRM usage
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Experienced candidates will get higher salary
