B2B Appointment Schedulers

from Mumbai to support our US-based sales operations. This role involves contacting business owners in North America and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. The position is target-based and suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US business owners to schedule B2B appointments Qualify leads based on company criteria Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Meet daily and weekly appointment targets Coordinate with the sales team for appointment handover Maintain professional communication standards
Requirements

Experience in telecalling, appointment setting, or B2B sales preferred (freshers welcome) Good spoken English communication skills Ability to work night shifts (US time zone) Target-driven and self-disciplined Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus
