Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

: Make outbound calls to potential customers for various loan products (personal, home, business, etc.).

Product Explanation

: Clearly explain loan features, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements. Customer Interaction*: Address queries, build rapport, and persuade customers to proceed with applications.
Application Support*: Guide applicants through the process, collect necessary documents, and ensure accuracy.

Target Achievement

: Meet daily/monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Data Management

: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer records in the CRM, and follow up.

Coordination

: Share complete documents with the backend processing team.

Collections (if applicable)

: Contact debtors for overdue payments and negotiate terms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
