Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to build prospect lists from databases, social media, and referrals.
Qualify leads, pitch programs effectively, and fix maximum walk-in appointments.
Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain daily targets for calls (100+), prospects built, and walk-ins scheduled.
Update CRM with lead details and track performance metrics.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (due to team dynamics and client preferences).
Excellent Hindi/English communication skills; regional language fluency (Marathi/Gujarati) a plus.
0-2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or customer outreach (freshers with strong hustle welcome).
Ability to work 6 days a week.
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel); target-driven mindset.
