We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, provide product/service information, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads; follow up on leads regularly.
Maintain customer database and update records in CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Persuasive and confident speaking style.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
