Job Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties and services.
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients, providing information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and emails.
Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties and coordinate with the sales team.
Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Tele caller in the real estate industry for at least 6 months to 1 year
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,367.36 per month
