Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services. Handle inbound customer calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information. Follow scripts and company guidelines while interacting with customers. Maintain customer databases and update information regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions. Record customer feedback and report issues to the supervisor. Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages. Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets. Good listening and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude, confidence, and patience. Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is an advantage.

Educational Requirements



Minimum 10th pass (High School). Graduation preferred but not mandatory.

Work Environment



Office-based calling setup. Rotational or fixed shifts depending on company policy.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
