Resolve basic IT-related or system-related issues.
Should have strong computer literacy and understanding of university operations.
Graduate from Maharashtra with a technical background preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic technical knowledge (computers, systems, troubleshooting).
Willingness to assist and guide effectively.
