Tele-calling Executive

We are looking for a Tele-calling Executive with 1 year of experience to generate and nurture leads for our educational programs by ensuring effective communication. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, parents, or guardians to promote our courses, understand their needs, and guide them toward enrolment. Here are some key responsibilities for a Tele-calling Executive in a digital marketing agency: Position : Tele-calling Executive Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree Openings: 2 Job Location: Pune Job Responsibilities:

oLead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents based on leads provided by the organization.
oCounseling: Provide detailed information about the educational programs, courses, and admission process.
oFollow-ups: Follow up on inquiries via calls, emails, and messages to convert leads into admissions.
oDatabase Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
oFeedback Collection: Understand the requirements and concerns of leads and provide appropriate solutions.
oTarget Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and follow-up targets.
oCollaboration: Work closely with the counselling and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
oProduct Knowledge: Stay updated on all programs, fees, scholarships, and admission timelines.
oMarket Insights: Gather insights from leads to suggest improvements in outreach or program offerings.

Requirements:

Work in the Outbound Process Scenario Good Communications Skills Required Ready to Work in Team and tolerate Stress & pressure. Experience Candidates in relevant industry with 06 Months to 1 Yr Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred. Strong influencing abilities. Customer service-oriented with a zeal to achieve. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
