We are hiring an HR Telecaller to manage recruitment and onboarding of delivery executives for partner organisations. The role includes making outbound calls, explaining job details (salary, working hours, requirements), verifying documents (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, two-wheeler availability), updating candidate records, coordinating onboarding steps, and following up until joining. Maintain daily reports and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
Any graduate
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Preferred experience in telecalling or recruitment (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
This is an in-office role. Incentives offered for each successful onboarding.
