to join our Arena Animation Nagpur team. The role involves connecting with students and parents, explaining our creative career courses, and helping them take the first step toward admission.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide detailed information about Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Design courses.
Generate and follow up on leads from various sources (social media, online ads, walk-ins, etc.).
Maintain call logs, student databases, and follow-up details.
Convince and schedule appointments for counseling or center visits.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Support marketing campaigns and admission drives.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM usage is a plus).
Friendly, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
