Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide detailed information about the company's offerings and answer customer questions.
- Maintain and update a database of customer information and call logs.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales/conversions.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for further consultations.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine calling strategies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer engagement and sales processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role (telecalling, customer service, or sales) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive outlook.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
