We are looking for an enthusiastic
Telecalling Executive (Customer Support)
to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their queries, providing updates on shipments, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with our company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to provide updates and support.
Handle inbound customer queries related to freight forwarding, shipping schedules, and documentation.
Provide accurate information on services, rates, and shipment status.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, documentation, sales) to resolve customer issues.
Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Prior experience in telecalling / customer support (experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred).
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, [add local language if required]).
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
