Role Overview



We are seeking a

highly motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive

to join our growing team at

The Qwerty Ink (TQI)

. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting with potential clients to support our

B2B sales efforts

.

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients -- making a strong and professional impression is essential.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound cold calls

to potential business clients across various industries. Generate and

qualify leads

to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline.

Schedule meetings and product demos

for the Sales Managers.

Follow up

with prospects via calls and emails to nurture ongoing interest. Accurately

update CRM

systems with all lead and call information. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective

lead handover

and communication. Consistently meet or exceed

daily, weekly, and monthly targets

for calls and lead generation. Conduct

market research

to identify new opportunities and target industries. Support continuous

improvement of outreach strategies and lead generation processes

.

Requirements



Previous experience in

tele-sales, inside sales, or lead generation

(B2B experience is preferred). Excellent

verbal communication and persuasion skills

with a professional and friendly phone manner. Ability to

handle objections and rejections

confidently. Basic knowledge of

sales pipelines, CRM tools

, and lead tracking. Strong

organizational and time management skills

.
