Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
Handle customer objections, complaints, and queries efficiently.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education:
Graduate (any stream).
Language:
Proficiency in Hindi, English,
