Job Summary:

Looking for

Telecaller Counselors

to counsel students and parents about our academic programs, handle inbound/outbound calls, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about university programs. Handle calls, follow-ups, and generate walk-ins. Clarify queries on courses, admissions, and fee structures. Achieve admission targets and generate references.

Requirements:

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year experience in counseling/telecalling (education sector preferred). Good communication & convincing skills. Proactive, target-oriented, and energetic.
