Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele caller with a proven track record in lead generation, client communication, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with prospects, and converting leads into opportunities. A background in sports or tech solutions is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's sports tech services and offerings.
2.Handle inbound inquiries, resolve queries, and guide clients to appropriate solutions.
3.Generate and qualify leads; maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
4.Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
5.Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/field team.
6.Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM system.
7.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets of calls and conversions.
8.Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
9.Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support (preferably in tech, education, or sports sectors).
2.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
3.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
4.Good understanding of sales funnels and customer follow-up strategies.
5.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
6.Passion for sports or working in the sports ecosystem is a plus.
Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday (3rd Sat Holiday)
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (timing may vary based on campaign/project)
