Pitch company services, ongoing real estate projects, and offers effectively. Follow up consistently with interested leads via calls and WhatsApp. Convert inquiries into site visits and qualified leads. Maintain records of calls and lead status in CRM (e.g., TeleCRM). Coordinate with field sales or relationship managers for follow-ups. Handle basic queries related to pricing, configuration, and project details. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets. --- Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude. Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM systems.
