Generate appointments & allot to sales person & punch in GDMS
Influences customers to buy giving the Hyundai scheme and product information.
Prior confirmation from customer before Test drive
Handle customer queries & customer information including names and addresses should be entered in the GDMS system regularly.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers and the same should be notified to the team leader further actions.
Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and updating the data
Follow up calls on customers is necessary as daily practice
Daily call reports should be mailed to the HOD.
Responsibilities given by the team lead should be followed.
For any queries which needs clarification should be discussed with HOD.
Target given by the management and team should be achieved.
The policies made by the management should be followed.
Contribution to team effort by accomplishing satisfactory results as needed.
Special callings on every weekend carnival throughout the month.
Maintain exchange customer database for future callings & follow-ups
Lead responsibility should be ensured telemarketing executive.
Mandatory 80 qualities calls daily & generate minimum 5 appointments.
Prepare DSR daily basis & submit to HOD.
Rescheduling of cancelled test drive should be continues practice.
Completion of Portal panel on daily basis.
