to join our dynamic sales and customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients by providing information about our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Understand customer needs and explain project details clearly and convincingly.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Schedule appointments for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Good verbal communication skills in [Insert languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
Confident, persuasive, and polite on the phone.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an added advantage.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
