Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sell products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and conversions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle objections and answer questions in a professional manner.
