Work experience, qualification and skills:-

min 6 month to 1 year experience of Tele calling OR Dealing with Customers

(in Aegis BPO)

or Real Estate company or

MBA

Marketing

FRESHER

. MS Office, MS Excel & Good in

English speaking.

Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence. Bachelor degree.
Job role and responsibilities:-

To make communication with our Real Estate Investors for Orders / Plot Installments / Customer Grievances. Finding out their problems and should be tried to address their problems by him. Genuine problems should be forwarded to the concerned department by him. Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved. Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems. Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them. Reminder Calls to our regarding every month's offers / Plot Installments.
Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow

Salary:- Rs. 12,000-18,000/- pm + other (Negotiable)
