. The role involves client communication, lead generation, and coordination with our internal team to ensure smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to promote our security system services and maintenance packages.
Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and interest.
Coordinate with the technical and sales team for quotations and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet monthly and quarterly performance targets.
Required Skills & Experience:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in security systems or IT services.
Strong communication skills in
English
(mandatory);
Hindi/Malayalam
is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and ELV systems is preferred.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
