Job Description

The Telecalling Assistant will handle

outbound promotional and follow-up calls

as well as

inbound client inquiries

, ensuring clear and professional communication in

Malayalam

. The role is focused on supporting sales efforts and maintaining customer relationships from the office.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls

to prospective leads, explain services, and generate interest. Answer

inbound calls

and assist customers with product or service-related queries. Maintain follow-up call schedules and ensure timely communication. Record call outcomes in Excel sheets or CRM software. Support the sales team by collecting client information and booking appointments. Work closely with team members to improve call performance and conversion rates.

Eligibility Criteria



Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree Excellent verbal communication skills in

Malayalam

(English/Hindi is a plus). Good sales and

persuasion skills

. Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and CRM tools. Should be a

team player

with a positive, customer-first attitude. Prior experience in telecalling/customer care is an added advantage.

Work Schedule



Office Timing:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Flexibility to work extended hours based on requirements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
